What we're looking for

The Marketing Manager is the driving force behind the day-to-day Henri-Lloyd brand. This role exists to inspire, through powerful storytelling, considered product launches, and a strong digital and social presence, to drive the Henri-Lloyd brand forward. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the day-to-day Henri-Lloyd brand to inspire, leading storytelling, product launches, and the strategy and execution of social media across all channels.
  • Build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that balance brand building with commercial impact.
  • Own the seasonal content and campaign calendar, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high standards of execution.
  • Translate product innovation, heritage, and sailing culture into compelling narratives and customer facing content.
  • Work closely with e-commerce, CRM, retail, PR, and product teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand marketing.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners across the sailing world to activate and amplify the brand.
  • Brief, manage, and collaborate with creative partners, agencies, and ambassadors.
  • Monitor performance and insight to continuously refine marketing activity. 

About you

To be successful in this position, you bring:  
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within premium, lifestyle, sport, or performance-led brands.
  • Driving force with a passion for brand building at the intersection of sailing, sport, and fashion.
  • Customer-obsessed with a creator’s mindset and a strong instinct for storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of sailing culture, with a genuine interest in sport.
  • Digitally minded, with a strong grasp of modern marketing channels, social media, and customer behaviour.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally and leading through influence.
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
