Your field of play - What You'll Do!

We’re looking for a driven and strategic thinker to take the reins of our Supply Chain & Logistic Operations. This is a high-impact role where your expertise and ideas will directly influence our success. You'll oversee production, streamline processes, and play a pivotal role in scaling our global operations. Build and Lead:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability in line with the company’s growth goals.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimise manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Optimise and Innovate:
  • Continuously improve processes to cut costs, boost productivity, and embrace technology that keeps us ahead of the curve.
  • Implement sustainable practices that align with our commitment to the planet.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform strategy, track performance, and identify trends.
Problem Solve:
  • Proactively tackle supply chain challenges and create smart solutions to keep operations seamless.
  • Analyse data to track performance and use insights to inform decisions.
Collaborate Across Teams:
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to align operations with our overall goals.
  • Communicate updates and key insights to department heads and stakeholders.
Make Your Mark:
  • Set up robust reporting processes and establish the foundation for growth.
  • Be the face of operations for our Manchester headquarters, managing global distribution and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and labour regulations.
  • Proactively identify risks in operations and develop mitigation plans.

Your story

Be successful in this position you bring: 
  • A degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (a Master’s is a bonus).
  • Expertise in global logistics
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Proven experience in a senior operations or supply chain role, preferably in technical clothing or manufacturing.
  • Confidence in leading teams and solving complex challenges.
  • An eye for efficiency, with a passion for leveraging IMS systems and data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
