We are now looking for a Store Manager in Salcombe to lead our retail team and bring the Henri-Lloyd experience to life in store. 

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial performance. You will play a key role in representing the Henri-Lloyd brand, building strong customer relationships and inspiring your team to perform at their best. This role combines retail leadership, brand storytelling and commercial management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service 
  • Drive store sales and KPI performance and achieve commercial targets 
  • Ensure the store reflects the premium Henri-Lloyd brand standards 
  • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising and product presentation 
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community 
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training and development 
  • Analyse store performance and implement improvements where required 
  • Maintain operational excellence across the store 

About you

We are looking for someone who brings both retail leadership and 
a passion for the outdoors or sailing culture. 
You will ideally have: 

  • Experience managing or supervising a retail team 
  • Strong commercial awareness and sales focus 
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills 
  • An interest in sailing, marine environments or outdoor performance apparel 
    (desirable but not essential)
