Your field of play

Your main tasks: 
  • Define, take responsibility and implement the e-commerce CRM strategy via various channels (especially email, push, sms) for lead nurturing, retention and personalization
  • Operational implementation of CRM measures in the CRM campaign tool: Campaigns, mailings, newsletters, events across all channels (social media, online, POS, PR, print materials, etc.) and accompanying the ideas through to implementation
  • Define and drive the transformation from mass campaigning towards 1:1 campaigning, where each customer receives his/her own highly personalized offer.
  • Define customer retention strategy and derive measures to convert new customers to returning customers and maximize their customer lifetime value and align closely with customer acquisition
  • Newslettering: content understanding and creation of copy and visual content, flexible planning of actions incl. coordination with other departments and off-/online communication channels as well as social media
  • Analyses and forecasts performance and run AB tests to continuously seek opportunities to improve KPIs, drive personalization and elevate the customer experience
  • Establishing the next step of omnichannel within the DTC channels in collaboration with the retail team
  • Develop partnerships with external groups and companies in collaboration with the E-com Marketing Team to increase reach and awareness of odlo.com and develop complementary offerings

Your story

To be successful in this position:
  • 3+ years experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
  • Hands-on experience in the field of CRM (ideally within a B2C/DTC environment) and proficient in using marketing automation technology
  • Metrics-driven, with experience in analyzing user behaviour & CRM activities for continuous improvements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality in a fast-moving environment
  • Sense of ownership, proactive mindset and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with a sense for language and messages
  • Good team player passionate about digital communication
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools, preferably MS Dynamics
  • Web Analytics, i.e. Google Analytics or other relevant too a must-have
  • Native in English and/or German (written and spoken)
