Your field of play

As Procurement & Logistics Specialist you are responsible for the PO placement, delivery tracking, inbound logistics for all brands within our group. This includes in particular:
  • PO placement with finished goods suppliers
     
  • Validation of FOB Prices, checking MOQ/MCQ, limit upcharge
  • Timely dispatch / Track deliveries with Odlo system
  • Inbound logistic: coordinate bookings with forwarder
  • Management of direct deliveries including PO, invoice and documentation as well as the coordination of packaging approval, pricing, supply & production
  • Communication with suppliers, central warehouse,
  • Approval & coordination with accounting department tracking the payment of invoices from suppliers including credit & debit note handling
  • Ensure data alignment between the ERP system, invoice and documentation
  • Update shipping and SMS manuals and information to producers
     

Your story

Be successful in this position you bring: 
  • Basic commercial training with some professional experience in export and import processing
  • Fluency in English both written and verbally and good knowledge of German preferred
  • Good understanding of ERP systems
  • Extensiv MS Office user knowledge (especially excel)
  • Flexible, responsible, reliable and team-player mentality with high willingness to learn
  • Independent and accurate work style
  • Strong communication both written and verbally
  • Ability to work in an international and fast-paced working environment
