Your field of play
In this role, you will take on the role of a host and ambassador for our brand, as well as the responsibility of the team. These are your main tasks:
- Motivation of the team
- Personnel management and scheduling
- Sales and cash register responsibility
- Regular analysis of the store performance and various KPIs
- Maximizing profitability by optimizing discounts, costs, stock loss and sales
- Visual merchandising and window dressing
- Responsibility for sales floor organization and inventory management
- Ordering incl. assortment maintenance
- Customer service and advice
- Representation of the store and building a good network
- Recruitment of new employees
- Further development and promotion of the team
- Understanding and living the ODLO values
Your story
In addition to having fun at work and a passion for sports, you will bring the following to the successful execution of the position as Store Manager:
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in a similar function with management experience in the retail sector, preferably in the sports industry
- Experience in the organization of events
- International mindset with very good English and German language skills
- Authenticity, reliability as well as flexibility
- Interest in key business figures
- Willingness to travel for meetings and training
- Good connections with local associations as well as willingness to engage in and strengthen partnerships
