Your field of play

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our E-commerce team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for running E-commerce operations, customer service, and a marketplace with the support of a team. Your main tasks are: 
  • Run and manage DTC E-commerce operations and lead the DTC customer support team
  • Continuously improve workflows, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction for odlo.com shipping, returns, payment, and customer service
  • Set clear performance targets for all team members and provide ongoing guidance and support to help them meet those targets
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., content, marketing, product, finance) to ensure alignment and support for overall business objectives and during major sales campaigns and the peak season
  • Manage various workflows and customer experience tools to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience (digital Genius, MS Dynamics, ShipUp)
  • Oversee payment management systems such as Adyen, Twint and PayPal to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and liaise with Finance during monthly, yearly closing
  • Develop current DTC marketplace business and drive growth to the overall
    E-Commerce P&L through geographic expansion and marketplace provider diversity

Your story

What you bring: 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, e-commerce, marketing) or equivalent education 
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, and/or marketplace management
  • 1+ years of experience leading and managing a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay) and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Experience with payment management systems such as Adyen, Twint and PayPal
  • Experience in agile project management a huge plus
  • Fluent in English and German
