Your field of play

The Visual Merchandising & Retail Marketing Manager position consists of approximately 70% Visual Merchandising and 30% Retail Marketing management tasks and responsibilities.

Your visual merchandising task: 
  • Develop and execute seasonal VM concepts in collaboration with other teams (Window Set-ups, In-Store VM, Update of Imagery, Tool Boxes to stores)
  • Maintain and develop the VM guidelines
  • Support full store implementation of the seasonal VM stories
  • Train Store Staff to ensure a consistent Brand experience
  • In store and virtual visits to monitor and support VM implementation, ensuring sharing feedback and best practice
  • Support during Store Openings

Your Retail marketing task: 
  • Bridge between the Marketing and Retail department
  • Provide mkt communication to outlet villages (promo material and product images)
  • Partner with the E-commerce team to ensure relevant communication to our customer database.
  • Manage and drive growth of the Odlo database with in store email collection
  • Owner of the Retail Promotional Calendar in collaboration with the Head of Retail.
  • Responsible for the in store marketing budget

Your story

  • Visual Merchandising education
  • 3 years VM practical experience
  • International working experience
  • Basic graphic experience
  • Adobe CC (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign)
  • MS Office & PowerPoint
  • 3D Software Knowledge is a plus
