Your role

  • You support the planning and execution of a balanced and consumer-focused assortment across all own Retail stores (full price and outlets), in line with the Brand and Retail strategy.
  • You contribute to seasonal planning processes, including financial and option planning for inline and SMU collections.
  • You collaborate closely with the E-commerce team to ensure alignment across all DTC channels.
  • You manage and optimize inventory, allocation and replenishment processes to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
  • You monitor and analyze sales and stock performance, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to improve sell-through and inventory efficiency.
  • You manage seasonal transitions and product launches, ensuring timely availability in stores.
  • You act as a point of contact for store teams, supporting them with product and stock-related topics.
  • You maintain retail master data, ensuring accuracy of product and pricing information.
  • You prepare reports and analyses to support merchandise planning and decision-making.
  • You participate in weekly team meetings and support daily operational processes.

Your story

  • Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • First experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail, Buying, or Supply Chain (1–3 years)
  • Good understanding of retail processes, inventory management and planning cycles 
  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, data analysis) 
  • Experience with ERP systems and BI reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset and affinity for numbers 
  • Structured, detail-oriented and proactive working style 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German, French or Italian is a plus
