At our headquarter in Hünenberg (Zug), we are looking for a maternity cover in our HR team from August 2026 to March 2027.
Your field of play
- Responsible for various HR administration tasks, with a strong focus on the employee exit process
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing, including year-end settlements related to social security and withholding tax for one Swiss entity
- Support the HR team across a range of activities, including the organisation of local events
Your story
- Federal certificate as HR specialist or equivalent training
- 5+ years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
- Profound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
- Business fluent in English and German
- Organizational talent with strengths such as independence and reliability
- With your open and warm personality, you will fit perfectly into our small, open-minded and innovative HR team
