What we're looking for

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our customer acquisition channels and drive profitable growth.

You’ll manage our agency partners across Meta, Google, affiliates and email marketing, making sure they’re delivering against clear targets and constantly pushing performance forward. This role suits someone who’s ready to step up, take real responsibility, and have a direct impact on revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation of Henri-Lloyd across sporting, consumer and retail audiences, reflecting its premium positioning. They will bring experience across the full funnel, from building demand through to driving bottom-of-funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning performance across paid channels including Meta, Google, affiliates and CRM/email
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, holding them accountable to clear KPIs
  • Allocating budgets based on performance and growth opportunity
  • Driving ongoing testing across creative, audiences and landing pages
  • Monitoring CAC, ROAS and overall acquisition efficiency
  • Producing clear, actionable weekly & monthly performance reporting
  • Working closely with the e-commerce & marketing teams to improve conversion and revenue
  • Manage the delivery of asset production for your channels

About you

To be successful in this position, you bring:  
  • 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta and Google Ads
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners
  • Commercially minded
  • Confident with data and comfortable making optimisation decisions
  • Ambitious and keen to own growth
